Business Traveler
Underwhelming. The room smelled of mold, the sleep number bed was less comfortable than the hospital bed, it was reminiscent of and the room had dirt and hair (not mine) sprinkled here and there. This might be related to the housekeeping staff not visiting my room between nights sleeping there. I would have argued for a better room more, but the staff looked at me like they were ready to eat my brain. Great location for me. Free parking was convenient. Room was basically clean. Did have a problem with bugs but was taken care of by housekeeping. Could use some updated furniture.

This hotel was all we might have hoped for except that the telephone was not connected, even after we had reported it as nonoperational. Traveling as Couple
Everything is good. The bed is comfortable. But I can't control the tempereture of the room. The room is cold for us. And they give us a heater but it makes a lot of noise.
